The United Ghanaians Association of South Florida seeks to promote the well-being and social prosperity of Ghanaians living in the tri-county area of South Florida. It also aims to share the unity, strength, and cultural diversity of Ghanaians in South Florida! U.G.A.S.F is registered with the state of Florida as a not-for-profit entity. It is also recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization.

William Tiku, ESQ began his legal journey in 1990 and moved to the U.S. in 1992. After obtaining his JD degree in Atlanta in 2005, he founded Tiku and Associates P.C. just days after passing the Bar exam. His legal specializations include Immigration, personal injury, criminal law, and family cases. Apart from his professional life, he's a dedicated family man with three children; his eldest is also an attorney with the NAACP
